Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fly33 website accessible at fly33.bio and all sub-pages, products, and services made available thereon.
• "Player," "You," "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the fly33 Platform in any capacity.
• "fly33," "We," "Us," "Our" means the operator entity that owns and operates the fly33 Platform under the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completing fly33's registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held within a Player's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a fly33 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process that fly33 may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must stake using Bonus Funds — or a multiple thereof — before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which Players are not permitted to access or use the fly33 Platform as specified by fly33's licensing conditions from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fly33 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on fly33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the fly33 Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy), the Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), and all specific game rules and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fly33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No fly33 customer support agent, affiliate, or third-party representative has authority to modify or vary these Terms on fly33's behalf.

fly33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and for any reason. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the fly33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fly33 operates a strict 21+ policy across all its products. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering an Account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager. fly33 will verify the age of all Players and may request documentary proof at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incompetent or under legal guardianship are not eligible to use fly33.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered fly33 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling through fly33's responsible gaming tools, or who have been excluded by fly33 pursuant to its internal policies, are not eligible to create a new Account or access the Platform.
• Own Name & Details: You must register using your own legal name and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Registering under another person's name or providing false identification information is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Registration

To access fly33's real-money gaming services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, your date of birth, and your residential address within Pakistan.

fly33 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. This right is exercised consistent with fly33's licensing obligations and internal risk management policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and remains current. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in Account suspension or closure and may affect your ability to withdraw funds.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a welcome communication to your registered email address or mobile number confirming your fly33 Account details. This communication will not include your password; fly33 does not store plaintext passwords.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fly33 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. fly33 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password of at least 12 characters combining upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number immediately after account creation;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or fly33 support staff (fly33 support will never request your password under any circumstances);
• Avoid accessing fly33 from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session;
• Contact fly33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All activity conducted through your fly33 Account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you personally unless you have reported a security breach to fly33 prior to such activity occurring. fly33 bears no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Deposits & Payments

fly33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time, and the current list of accepted methods is always displayed at the fly33 cashier page.

The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier. All deposits are credited to your fly33 Account Balance in PKR. fly33 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fly33 bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from accounts, wallets, or cards in your own name. fly33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, fly33 reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the Account, and return the funds to their source.

fly33 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or bearer instruments of any kind. All deposits must be conducted through fly33's approved electronic payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance (excluding non-released Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account has been fully verified (KYC documentation submitted and approved);
• The minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 has been met;
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds credited to the Account have been satisfied;
• No open disputes, investigations, or security reviews are active on the Account;
• The withdrawal method matches the Account holder's own registered payment details.

fly33 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: verified Accounts — standard processing within 30 minutes to 24 hours; Gold VIP and above — same-day processing; Diamond VIP — instant processing without manual review queue. These timeframes apply to fly33's internal processing; your payment provider's receiving timeline may add additional time beyond fly33's control.

fly33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that exceed standard amounts or are assessed as high-risk by fly33's internal controls. This is a protective measure in compliance with fly33's licensing anti-money laundering obligations and is applied without prejudice to Players acting in good faith.

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. fly33 may exercise discretion in directing withdrawals to alternative payment methods in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available to the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

fly33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward Bonus Fund Wagering Requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The applicable contribution rate table for each promotion is published alongside that promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and free spins must be used within the period specified in each promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum Odds: Where promotional terms require bets to be placed at a minimum odds level, bets below that threshold will not count toward Wagering Requirement satisfaction.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a fly33 Account at any one time.
• Abuse Policy: fly33 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds where the Platform's systems identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.

fly33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including in circumstances where fly33 determines that a promotion has been materially misrepresented or exploited. Players who have legitimately accepted a promotion prior to its modification will typically be permitted to complete the relevant Wagering Requirements under the original terms.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the fly33 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed to Players within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between an individual game's rules and these General Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless fly33 expressly specifies otherwise in writing.

fly33's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions, bet amounts, or playing periods.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as announced by the live dealer at the table. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, fly33 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical malfunction policy, which may include voiding and refunding affected bets.

Sportsbook bets on fly33 are settled in accordance with fly33's published sportsbook rules, which govern topics including void bet conditions, dead heat rules, ante-post settlement, in-play bet acceptance windows, and PSL-specific settlement rules. Players are encouraged to read the applicable sportsbook rules before placing any sports bet on fly33.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fly33 Platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all associated Account Balances forfeited where legally permissible, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one fly33 Account, whether under your own details or using another person's identity;
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or promotional participation;
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of fly33's promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling activity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game available on the fly33 Platform;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with fly33's games or sportsbook;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after using deposited funds for gambling on fly33;
• Money Laundering: Using the fly33 Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to engage in any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access the source code of any fly33 software or technology;
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the fly33 Platform by any person under the age of 21, or registering a fly33 Account on behalf of a minor.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fly33 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and the fly33 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of fly33 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in, licence to, or rights over any fly33 intellectual property.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fly33 Platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit: commercial exploitation of Platform content; reproduction or redistribution of fly33 software, game content, or brand materials; creation of derivative works based on fly33 content; or public performance or display of fly33's proprietary materials without written authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

fly33 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices and complies with its licensing obligations in this regard. fly33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap the amount you can add to your fly33 Account within the specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, with automatic logout when the limit is reached;
• Loss Limits: Limits on the amount you are permitted to lose within a specified period;

During self-exclusion, fly33 will take all reasonable steps to prevent access to your Account, including blocking any new registration attempts from your known details.

21+ Policy: fly33 strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. If fly33 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during this period will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the age verification process.

Privacy & Data Protection

fly33's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at fly33 Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the fly33 Privacy Policy.

fly33 collects and processes personal data including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, and gaming activity data for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of fly33's platform and services.

fly33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with our licensed payment processors, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities only as necessary to operate the Platform lawfully. All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable international data protection standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly33 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the fly33 Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise;
• Any loss or damage arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, or errors in game software beyond fly33's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any financial losses arising from gambling decisions made on the fly33 Platform — gambling involves risk, and fly33 does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or bet.

Nothing in these Terms limits fly33's liability for death or personal injury caused by fly33's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent that any applicable law does not permit the limitation of liability as described above, such limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Amendments to These Terms

fly33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except in cases involving material changes that adversely affect Player rights — in such cases, fly33 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players' addresses on file.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at fly33.bio/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the fly33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under fly33's international gaming licence jurisdiction. The application of these Terms does not limit or prejudice any rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence to the extent that those laws are mandatory and cannot be excluded by contract.

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus, or other matter relating to your fly33 Account, you must first contact fly33's customer support team at [email protected] and allow fly33 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to investigate and respond to your complaint. If you remain dissatisfied with fly33's response, you may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified in fly33's licensing terms.

fly33 maintains complete records of all Player transactions, game outcomes, and Account activity. In any dispute, fly33's records shall be presumed accurate unless a Player provides clear and compelling evidence to the contrary.
